BAD! 8/5/2010

The worst Salon I have ever been to. Do not go to this place it is bad! I went for a trial run hair style for my wedding. Originally it was suppose to be free and I would pay for the hair on the wedding day. The day before the appt, Elias told me people were taking advantage of this and it would be 60 then 30 on my wedding day. Which the whole reason I booked an appt. with them was because the trail run was free, but I didn't make a fuss and said ok. I was getting my hair curled and the hair stylist burned my head twice. The first burn, I did say something to her and moved her hand. The second forehead burn (when it first happened) I wasn't sure how bad it was. The hair style itself, I thought I liked it but you only see your hair for 2 secs before you go home. When I got home, I had a blister on my forehead. (It is visible, and I still have a layer of skin missing. It has been about 2 weeks) I really checked out the hair style and it looked like a style someone would do for lunch with their girlfriends. I called the next day and talked with someone. He said Elias would have to be the one who would refund my money, and he would leave a message for Elias to call me back. Well of course, I did not get a phone call back. I called back and Elias answered and said he would call me back in a few days because the weekends are so busy. I never got a phone call, so I called him back and he happened to answer so he couldn't avoid me. Elias began yelling and was extremely rude, telling me that they have video cameras and I didn't say anything at the time. I seemed happy when I left. Which I understood, I should have said more at the time, but i knew it hurt but wasn't sure if it really did anything. Plus I do not like being a complaining person because I have been in customer service for about 8 years and I understand what it like to hear a customer complain! If I had ever yelled at a customer the way Elias yelled at me, I would have been fired! Elias did say why don't you come back in for a redo. I said absolutely not, I do not want blisters from curling irons on my wedding day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took pictures of my forehead when it happened and what it looks like now. Also after showing my hair to friends and sending pictures of the hair style, they ALL said NO! I am the customer but yet I was being yelled at. Then Elias said he would have to talk to his hair stylist and get back to me to refund the money. I told him that if i didn't hear from him in a few days I would call back. Well of course he did not call back, I called him AGAIN and left another message, but I will be very surprised if he calls me back. Not only did the hair not turn out, but I got a burned 2 times, and VERY BAD customers service. Customer service is one of the most important part of a business that does a service. more
