Still stalking the perfect imitation of Gino's East or Due's pizza, we try most places who boast "Chicago style deep dish." Rosati's comes very close - just needs a little more crunch and less bread-ness to the crust, plus there should be no cheese visible from the top. So, through in more corn meal and top with more tomatoes. Really tasty, veggies crisp and fresh. That's all we ordered, but I will definitely be back for the mostaciolli, which I have NEVER seen on a menu in my 20 years here (granted I don't get out a whole lot). Excellent service, very clean.
