Dave came in and removed the carpet as arranged for but he did NOT remove the staples on the floor. thus, i have many long SHARP staples protruding thru my floor that i've cut my foot on. i've exchanged 3 emails with him since asking him to come by to remove the staples, but he hasn't followed thru more than a month.
he left a dissatisfied customer here.
