I went to POV at the top of the W Hotel one year ago a few days after it opened. Of course there were a few flaws but I attributed that to the fact that it was a new restaurant, but one year later... The service has gone from bad to the worst, we waited 15 mins. before anyone approached the table to take our order, and the restaurant is dirty, they cleared our table but never wiped it. The food is horrible and the drinks are worst. Either they are using the worst alcohol on the market or they are watering down the drinks, and they charge $15. Additionally, the wait staff was dirty. They dresses worn by the women were either dirty or ill-fitting and their personal hygiene was questionable. Do not waste your time at this location.
