I had a confirmed appointment with the company on July 21 at 8:30 am to recommend and quote a replacement furnace/AC system for my elderly mother-in-law whose unit failed recently. Not only did the company not show up for the appointment, but they did not even have the courtesy of calling me to let me know that they weren?t coming. After calling the company to find out what happened, I was told that the person that I was supposed to meet with, simply "forgot" about the appointment. I was outraged by the complete lack of professionalism displayed by this company and suggest that prospective customers look elsewhere. In light of the current economic situation, I can not understand how a company could treat a potential new customer in this manner for such a high-ticket item. Submitted on Behalf of Rose Jurado.
