Well maybe if you would look at your coupon and read where it says "not in store, online or phone orders only" you would not have this problem. Your problem is you try to squeeze every little bit out from Officedepot that you can. Your coupons are from a company/website not dealing with Office Depot. Therefore if an item has an instant rebate and a mail-in, you could potentially get the item for free, and like most the other people who try to nickle and dime retail stores, just want to turn around and sell it, get over it..order it on the phone and wait 3 days.
