Terrible store! The store manager Dennis is horrible. I tried to return 2 knee braces that I had purchase the previous day from the Walgreens by my job. (in Chicago) This place is close to my home, so I figure I would just return them here.\r \r Well when it came time for someone to help me, Dennis said he would. I didn't have my receipt but I knew that wouldn't be a problem. Walgreens will give you a store credit gift card if you don't have the receipt for the items you purchased.\r \r Dennis asked me what store did I purchase them from and said he would call the store. WTF! Why do you need to "verify" if I purchased this product?! Then he proceeded to tell me that I had to "take them back to the WALGREENS store that I bought them from. I'm not going to go into a long story but you can best believe, I'm not letting this go and I AM CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE!
