Although the technician was professional and timely, the service manager provided sketchy pricing. After a warranty replacement by Trane allotted Horizon a $300 credit for labor, they indicated an additional $700 was required for the service. After questioning this, I was told a full day's 8 hour work would be required for the replacement. The actual work only took 2 hours, and the manager refused to lower the price even though his estimated time for service was way off.
I again called to question their pricing policy before writing this review and was given a lot of lip service about the average cost per hour of their competition and how much ""research time"" was required. Simply refunding me some of the cost would have resolved the issue, but this was not even offered.
