I had a very unplesant experience here today. Using Groupon, I signed up for an appointment about a month ago and marked the appointment on my calendar. The lengthy wait was due to a shortage of therapists on Saturdays. When I came in this morning, I was given all the paperwork to fill out and I waited until about 10 minutes into my appointment. After noone said anything, I asked if there was a problem and was told that I wasn't on the calandar today. I feel a sense of frustration in that I had to speak up first and that I had the impression the reeptionist thought I had made a mistake. Considering the lengthy wait time until the next Saturday opening, I asked for a refund, but the business was unable to comply until Monday as the manage
