Looks like Jen and Betty work for this place because I just picked up my mower FOR THE THIRD TIME and it still won't start. When I complained and I asked why they have not been able to fix it after three tries and 6 weeks the rude young lady behind the desk told me it was not her fault I purchased a "Home Depot Special".I told this to the manager "Steve I think" and he just laughed it off. I will never come back here again. I took it to Astro rentals on Rt. 22 and they did what the Lawnmower shop was unable to do in 6 weeks, they fixed it for 50 bucks and I had it back the next day. I wish I had read these reviews before I went to the Lawnmower Shop and it's sad that they have employees making up positive reviews.
