Despite advertising 24/7 support, their on-call weekend tech didn't have access to a drain-whip (his was broken), and called several buddies and management for help and couldn't come up with one. On the bright side, the tech did a good job of staying in touch with me as he looked for a tool to borrow. \r

When a company advertises 24/7 support it better be able to offer it and needs to have multiple layers of support and back-up in the event of a failure at some level. I'd suggest going with a company that delivers what it advertises, and be wary of those that can't, esp. when it comes to 'emergency' repairs. I'm quite sure a fire dept would lose its funding if it couldn't attend to a fire because of a malfunctioning piece of equipment and no back-up plan.
