I actually had 2 accidents, neither were my fault, and I never had to wait on anything with Griffin Insurance Company. I have been using them for about 6 years.
When I called to make a payment, one of the ladies told me that she thought I could get a better rate, and explained why. She ended up getting me a much lower monthly rate.
They are really good, and very professional. I have never had any problems. I can always just call to make payments. They will mail me receipt if I want it.
I have recommended them to a lot of people. I have had my mom, dad, step-mom, brother, and cousin switch over to Griffin Insurance Company.
