The technician from Pacific Aire who came to do the service, David, was so polite and knowledgeable. He was great. He had perfect manners, and was friendly. He even covered his feet with slippers when he came into the house. That was very convenient. I have 2 kids, and he was very nice to them.
David took a picture inside of the air conditioning unit and explained everything to me. He cleaned the filter and showed me the old one. He also saw that some of the insulation was torn and securely taped it. It didn't need to be replaced, and he showed me the pictures of before and after the repair. That made me feel like he was not doing anything to rip us off.
He was very forthcoming. David also explained the customer package at Pacific Aire and how it would benefit us. That way they could come out to check the heater for us regularly.
I would say that I am usually pretty jaded and cynical about service in this day and age. It is rare to find a company that really comes through more than you thought. I felt that way after the experience with Pacific Aire-they really came through. It was well worth it.
I called Pacific Aire because of a promotion letter they sent us. I have gotten other promotions, but the way this one was written sounded believable. They were believable as a company as well. They did better than I thought or expected. Some of that is because of their company policies, and some if it is because they hire people like David as a technician.
