We used this clinic for years for our 2 dogs. Overall we liked the vets very much, especially Dr. Low and Dr. Kasow, and LOVED the staff, especially the front desk staff, with whom we had much contact over the years.\r
BUT when we needed them most, when our Beagle took a sudden turn for the worst, Dr. Kasow stated that she needed to be euthanized ASAP and that nothing could be done. During her physical exam, my dog yelped when ONE ear was attempted to be examined...Dr. Kasow said "I barely touched her." Yet she did NOT check the other ear. She decided our dog (age 13.5 at the time) had some sort of spinal or brain tumor due to a sudden onset on being unable to walk without losing her balance. We tearfully scheduled her euthanasia for the next evening, as we wanted to "think on it."\r
