I have been going to the Beef House since the early 70's.\r My parents even used to go to the original Beef House.\r While I like their steaks and rolls, I have consistently seen a major ATTITUDE PROBLEM with the owner, management and staff. \r I'm sure that these are all fine people, but it's easy to lose touch with the customers and how they're feeling.\r Here are my observations:\r 1. Unlike almost every restaurant on the planet, the Beef House staff does not ask you how you liked your meal when you are paying and leaving the restaurant. Why is that?\r 2. The cashier help is frequently rude and dismissive instead of warm and friendly. How come?\r 3. The owner appears to be out of touch and unapproachable.\r Why not be friendly, smiling, and warm instead? \r 4. There are NEVER tomatoes on the salad bar for the lunch specials. Why not put some out every now and then.\r The rolls are excellent most of the time, many of the waitresses are great, others are quite rude, the building is lovely . more
