I have been going to the dealer for service and repair, they charge too much and treated me like another number, then i asked a friend for a good repair place for my mercedes, he directed me to your shop, at first i was worried about going to a shop other than the dealer, from the first greeting and the way you handled the repair from start to finsh i was totally impressed, the free loaner was a plus. Thank you my car is running great and i did not feel like i had to take out a loan for the repairs.\r
