I went to the store yesterday because my battery appeared to be dead. A friend had jump started it for me so that I could get to the store. The manager, Alex, came out to my car in 111 degrees and removed the battery for me, checked it and found it was dead, and replaced it with a new one. The store was busy but I felt I was treated like the only customer in the store. Great customer service. They certainly earned my loyalty! more
