You've tried the rest - now get the BEST! Back Country BBQ is absolutely the BEST Bar-B-Q in town! We have never had a bad meal there - always hot and flavorful with generous portions. Mike and his staff are always friendly and helpful. The smoked chicken in one of my favorites - tender and juicy, with a nice smoked flavor. I prefer to eat it without BBQ sauce. The Chopped Baker is another favorite. A HUGE baked potato loaded with all the fixins - butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and topped off with their delicious chopped beef. For a different twist, try it with the smoked chicken. For dessert, try their chocolate brownie. More like cake than brownie, it is moist, sweet, and chocked full of walnuts.
