The people are very nice BUT. Two of my daughters and my moms hair came out bald in spots because of a product they said was mild called a Main Tamer. They knew the product was no good because they discontinued it after they put it in their hair. They told. Me that they wasn't buying anymore when I asked why, they wouldn't tell me. After two weeks I knew why. My daughters and moms hair started coming out like they had cancer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
