I live in California but own a rental house in Spokane. My renters called me at 9:30pm telling me the air conditioning wasn't working and it was 85 degrees in the house. I found Air Control Heating and Air conditioning through Google. I chose this place because of all the good reviews. They were very helpful and friendly. They fixed the problem by 4:00pm the next day. I was very happy with the service but felt like I was over charged for such a minor problem. I called the service and the general manager contacted me the next day. The first thing he said to me was that he agreed with me and gave me a $50 refund on top of the $27 discount they already applied. I was expecting that I would have to fight for it, but got the complete opposite response. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone. It is nice to know that some businesses are still honest!
