theres a girl & older guy in the store that are very friendly & knowlegeable, but the 2 high school kids, dont know squat & should not be giving out pool advise! that is 1 reason i stopped goin to leslies, they act like you are interrupting something or putting them out to ask a question & when they do anser you cant hear or understand them! they dont know much of anything to do with pools. one kid told my Ph was low & i need to add a whole big bucket of soda ash.i thot that seem like to much but thot he might know what talking about since work there. so i bought it & added it like he said then i spent more money & 2 weeks trying to lower Ph back to normal - what a waste of time & especally money! then a different day i asked the other kid about hoses for my filter & he sold me the wrong ones so i had to make another trip there to return & change them. he didint ask any questions so i assumed they were all the same. another time i asked one of them about something for my filter & he di
