I bought a mattress April 2010. I told them I was disabled an needed something that would really support my back. In may I called to tell them the matress felt like it had no support and I always felt like I was falling out of bed. I was told that to bring it back it would cost between 150 an 500 dollors to restock an then I would have to buy a new mattress. I reminded them that the money I spent on the mattress was all I had in savings, an if I had to pay a restock fee I would be sleeping on the floor. They said to try the matress a little longer while I tried to borrow money to pay for a new one. I called again in June an asked why I was'nt put on there machine to see what kind of mattress I needed like it says on their commercials. I again reminded them that I was having trouble with the matress an asked if I could the differance between the restock an what I paid an was told no.
