I will start by saying this...My name is Ryan, I am the manager of The Waterman and like Raul said when you come in the store the guys filling your water are not trained or expected to know everything about the equipment. That is why they will then direct you to some one who does know. I can tell you now that the information we give you is correct. We will not lie nor sell you something you don't need. Also everyone's water is different. So just because your neighbor has one thing and tells you one thing doesn't mean you need the same thing. We are the experts and do this for a living, not them. We do free water testing for a reason... to find out what you need to help you out, solve your problems and make everyone happy. As for us not changing the filters... we test our water multiple times a week and change the filters on a regular basis when needed.
