I find these reviews very interesting as I have had a great experience with Ogburn so far! Maybe they have gotten better? I found the people in the office VERY friendly and much more personable and accomodating then the larger apartment complexes I have done business with. The work orders I have requested have all been completed very quickly (like, that day or the next in all circumstances). When I had difficulty locating my furnace to turn the gas on, the receptionist stayed on the phone with me while the gas company looked for it, and even ended up sending some workers over to help. The apartment was impeccably clean when I initially looked at it, and nothing has fallen apart or been in disrepair or anything like that. They even come fix things sometimes without me having to ask! And in response to the first post where they kept the deposit... I do believe that's what happens when you leave BEFORE your lease term is up. Anyway, I would recommend checking out this company for yourself
