I have read complaints about the service to houses and offices from people. I don't use the service so I don't know if it really is that horrible. However, I love the store and I am on a first name basis with the sales director. He is very knowledgeable. Even when he is gone, the staff gives good advice. I only have saltwater, and the store is clearly mainly saltwater which is great for me. All in all, I LOVE it!
