I have rented an automobile from this location 3 times. Each time was progressively worse. The Agents that I was forced to interact with were abrasive, short and had zero "follow through." When I spoke with the manager, I was astounded to receive even worse assistance. Beyond the poor customer service, there was absolutely NO accountability. I have 15 years experience in the customer service industry and I am dumbfounded that their location is still open. On 2 occasions, there were more than 2 disgruntled customers in their cramped lobby. I found Hertz to provide an exceedingly pleasant rental experience. Even Dollar Rent-A-Car superceded the customer service experience as well as their rates.
