I was very impressed by how Roto-Rooter responded to my problem last evening. Dishwater from a pipe under my kitchen sink backed up. This resulted in minor flooding under the sink.\r
Without hesitation, I called my local Roto-Rooter center and scheduled a service call for later that night. Your customer service followed up and informed me all technicians were busy; she offered me an early call (8am-10am) which I readily accepted. Her manner was both professional and courteous.\r
The service center called me prior to 8am and advised the technician would be there by 9am.\r
Eppi #6272 was there before 9. He introduced himself and promptly assessed the problem. He provided me a reasonable written estimate and quickly went to work. \r
He removed the clog from the drain, replaced a section of pipe and did a great cleanup job. Prior to his leaving, he insured the problem was corrected. Lastly, he advised me of the six month warranty should there be a recurrence.\r
