BRAD screwed up both of my boys hair cuts.I went back twice for him to correct the problem and just kept making it worse. When I called the OWNER DEBBIE she wanted to know why I would come back to have BRAD fix the problem when I wasn't happy to begin with. My response I paid for 2 professional cuts I was in hopes he could correct the problem not make it worse. STORE MGR response.. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. I CANT BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T SEE THE HUGE SIGN WHEN YOU WALKED IN THE DOOR. urg! Keep your $24 Dr.Fly Salon your going to need it worse than I do. Very unreasonable people.
