A call was placed by the warrenty company however it appears that Audio Tech didn't update their schedule with Assurant Solutions (NFM's 3rd party warrenty company) So I got to sit around all day waiting for a tech that was never coming. This was a FAIL on multiple people heads, but mostly Audio as they didn't update their schedule. Also, Audio if have voicemail, might want the message to have your business name on it, makes me wonder what kind of company this is, it is supposed to be a tech. company and they can't master voicemail. Go with someone else if you take my opinon
