THEY are the WORST dentists. Crispin has designed a beautiful office but don't let the architecture fool you. His work is sloppy and careless and his attitude is arrogant. He has his own lab but will NOT guarantee his product; he saves money by cheating his clients out of a guarantee. He does not stand behind the quality, shape or the color of their crowns. Every other dentist stands behind their work. Every other dentist works with their patients and if you’re not happy you can go to the lab or a meet with a colorist to insure the color is perfect. If a crown breaks it is replaced, the Crispin’s merely file down the crown to a smooth shape even though half of the crown has broken away. He spends more time matching the marble in the bathroom than on the patient he is sending out into the world. I spent $35,000 with these dentists and almost every crown or veneer has cracked or fallen off. I had every crown replaced with them and within 2 years every single crown has broken. His solution is to pay him again and he will fix it. He cemented my lower crowns and veneers in without my viewing and they were an entirely different color than I had selected. The only solution he offered is that he would make the top teeth lighter. Now for the rest of my life my lower teeth are darker than the upper teeth. Many other dentists have looked at his work have attempted to rectify this substandard dentistry but it would require another huge investment. I still have another 28 years of a loan payment on my house to pay for this horrible work. I have had crows for thirty years that did not break. Right now I have 7 crowns in a row that have broken, one entire tooth that broke away and a crown that has sheared in half. That is only right now, I have fixed many other mistakes. They think if they make a pretty office for themselves that they will fool everyone to think they are quality dentists. The only impression that people are getting is from the work that they send their patients out into the world with. I tell everyone to GO TO TIJUANA BEFORE YOU USE THIS OFFICE.
