I have been going here for years for work and my own personal needs. I have noticed that I never get the same sales or support staff each time I'm there. That concerns me.
That said, they know their stuff. If you're not a power user they will take their time to make sure you understand what you can get from you purchase and how to best use it.
If you are a power user they tend to not really be there for you. The Genius bar is better for those of us who need the inside scoop on how to get the inner workings of our systems working.
They carry it all. And the nice thing is they get outside of the normal Apple Store inventory. So they have some hardware that is an alternative.
The place is clean and well organized. It fits the feel of apple as a brand.
Note: They don't sell iPhones, but they do sell some accessories for the iPhone.
The support can be limited. However, I think they need to be in order to honor the Apple warranties. So the three times me or my staff needed to drop off our laptops, the needed to send them to Apple. I have never had them actually serviced by them. However, they were easy to contact and did keep me updated on the progress of my laptop.
Pros: Staff is knowlegable and the place is clean
Cons: Too much turnover
