I prepaid for Green Cab to pick-up my brother to the airport at 4AM. The service was confirmed. My brother waited from 3AM untili 5AM with multiple calls to Green Cab. The last call they said they'd be there in 5 minutes, but they NEVER SHOWED UP. My brother almost missed his flight because of their incompetence and COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE. HOW CAN YOU RUN A TRANSPORTATION COMPANY WITH NO TRANSPORTATION?!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE. Maybe for cupcakes it's ok. All they deserve is a negative star.?
