I had serviced my RAV4 2004 for break in October 2009. I was suggested to replace rotors and pads immediately costing $700. Later I found it was not needed to replace those parts that time.\r

They do tire rotation almost free of charge $2 but that is the catch. I serviced same day my Sienna 2008 at 15K miles. They did the tire rotation and disturbed the wheel alignment when I called them back they said it is due bad tire. Crap! My cars is vibrating at 70 miles and going in left direction and I always need to hold tight the steering wheel. They regularly sends coupon in free coupons delivered every month. Do not be trapped by these coupons!!! \r
