My toilet started leaking, but when I called BF, it didn't occur to me that I might need a new toilet. I thought it was a pipe problem. BF responded quickly and was here the same day I called, which I appreciated. But when it became clear that I needed a new toilet, not a new pipe, the service man had only one toilet to install. I would have liked the most water-efficient model available, even at the extra cost. But the service man told me it would take BF a week to get that toilet in stock,and then installed, and I couldn't wait that long. I had to go with the toilet the man had in his truck.
