I always came for oil change and always convinced to do more such as change air filter, transmission oil, rinse off engine coolant, and more. I always refuse the offer because I just came for oil change. Unfortunately, this time {07/11/2010} this service guy failed to convinced me to do anything, he pumped 10w-30 oil to my Honda Odyssey instead of 5w-20 which stated on the oil cap and his computer file. I did inform him but he continuously pumped in. I told him to get rid of that oil I have my own, and still pay for the service because this oil would damage my engine.
In conclusion, Hollywood Car Wash is not honest, not trusty. If they failed to convince customers to get extra services, they would indirectly damage customer's one way or another like my case, which Hollywood Car Wash pumped 10w-30 oil which is not healthy for my Honda Odyssey which says on the oil cap ""5w-20.""
