We did a very thorough apartment search for my daughter after her freshman year at ASU. She was very anxious to get out of the dorms. We must have looked at every apartment complex, but finally decided on The Vue. I liked the in unit laundry since I thought that meant she would bring less home :)
She loved the pool deck, which was amazing! I never had a more fun Mother's Day than when we relaxed here all day and used the BBQ grills and fire pit!
What I appreciate the most is that she is so close to campus. She can just walk to class without needing a car or to take the rail.
I also know she is safe! The building has security cameras and a locked entry. The maintenance and management office is located right in the building so whenever she has a problem they are very close and quick!
My husband is in real estate law and looked over their lease with a fine-toothed comb. It's very standard and we felt comfortable signing. They made the whole process so easy!
The apartments themselves are VERY nice. The parking is pretty expensive so prepare yourself for that! But like I said, it's so close to the campus that you don't even need a car. We just like her to have one so she can come home for holidays and long weekends. Hope this helps!
