I just walked out of Haven Salon feeling like a new woman thanks to Kim Martin. I have never had a stylist spend so much time listening to my hair needs. Her consultation was so thorough and because of it I got the best haircut and color. Kim will take the time to talk about all of your hair concerns as well as what has, and has not, worked in the past. We spent time talking about what products work best for my hair and even how to properly apply them. I really felt like she truly wanted me to enjoy my experience with her, which I did. The best part about my experience is when Kim told me that if I have any concerns over the next few days I could come back and we could do any minor adjustments that might be needed. I highly doubt I will need to do this, but I have never been given this opportunity before.
Pros: great consultation, good pricing, wonderful products
Cons: parking is a little busy during lunch hours
