I ordered a cooktop over three months ago for which they were reimbursed by Jenn-Aire. They still have not completed the job nor have they ever called to tell me WHEN it would be completed! Repeated calls to the company go unanswered. No one ever picks up the phone nor are calls returned. I can't believe they are still in business!! This is no way to run a business and I can't believe Jenn-Aire refers customers to them! I can only imagine how many other disgruntled customers they have had that didn't have the time or wherewithal to write an online review. Hands down, WORST appliance company in Vegas. Period. I will be letting Jenn-Aire know that they took their money and did not render services. Unbelievable.
