After waiting for 4 hours passed orginal appointment and calling several times to find out if they were going to show I finally got a call back but it was only to tell me to never call again and then hung up on me. All Jim needed to do was say ""We're sorry for wasting your whole day and we'll be there soon"" He lost a customer who had cash in hand and could have bought products from him for years to come. I would only suggest you use this company if you like waiting around for hours or the sound of a dail tone.
