A few people I know have used this service, including myself. I've found the staff to be rude on the phone, in person and online. I asked the same question twice by mistake and the response was unbelieveably "" I TOLD YOU THE FIRST TIME...."". Can you imagine customer service like that? That is not my idea of customer service. One of many instances of rudeness.
There is one woman in particular -extremely rude. No concern for homeowners that rent or the people that rent. Just get everyone in and out and make the money. That's it in a nutshell. I won't be back but feel for those that do.
