We bought a new car in 2002 and were dealing with the Buick dealer. They got sort of nasty, so we shifted that car to Evergreen Auto Works in 2003. It has been serviced there ever since. Our truck came from Chevrolet in 1995, but because I had some bad attitude and service I shifted the truck to Evergreen in 2005. So bad service at other places got us to Evergreen's good service.
They are perfectionists, so the repairs are just fine. We have 2 different vehicles, with about 100 thousand miles, and Evergreen does the factory required maintenance and more. They recognize me and call me by name, which is rare these days.
