My radio had coins stuck in it and only the CD player didn't work. I took the car in to have them remove the quarters. I could see the repair person in the back shaking my car's radio up and down. He came out 20 minutes later to say that nothing worked anymore, not event the radio. A rediculous story was fabricated as to why it now didn't work at all. After an hour and a half I ended up with a Kenwood stereo that now keeps skipping when playing CDs. The store owner even charged me for the labor to have the new junk stereo installed. If you go to Audio House, you take a chance.
