I had always gotten my frames there because of the selection and decided to try the Dr. there. I had an appt. and they said running behind, come back in 4hrs. I came back and was in the office for 3 hrs more. The Dr would come into my room, then leave to see other patients, then move me out to hall, then into another room, etc. I've never done that anywhere else. Then they billed me for contacts that I never ordered or got so i was denied when i tried to order them later. The visit was ridiculously expensive and I even have vision insurance. Overall, an extra bad experience and I will not return there and will warn friends and family. Good luck if you try them anyway.
