I called The Maids to clean my home after I moved out. When I called, the customer service agent said that if I wasn't satisfied with anything after The Maids were finished, I simply had to call, and they would come back to finish the job. She also said that she would call me after The Maids were done, and would not charge my credit card until I authorized them to do so over the phone. The Maids did a great job cleaning my house, but they forgot to clean the garage, which I specifically requested beforehand and was guaranteed they would do. So, I called back to compliment their work, and to request that they return to clean the garage. I received voice mail, so I left a message. I called 4 times over the next week, always getting voice mail. They never returned my call and never came back to finish cleaning. After a week, I checked my credit card and noticed that they already charged it without calling me first to get my consent, as they said they would do. Such poor customer service! Pros: Cleanliness Cons: Never returns calls, makes promises they don't keep more
