We were staying at the InterContinentall Chicago O'Hare for a seminar. Floods scared us off from driving to our favorite seafood restaurant in the suburbs. We walked a block to Gibson's after remembering having a dinner there years ago. It was better than I remembered. The wait staff was on-the-spot with anything and everything. Even advised that the side portions are so large, that two could easily share (they were right, we couldn't eat it all between the two of us!). My husband had the prime rib which was out of this world, and I had the lake perch that melted in your mouth. This is our new favorite restaurant when in town.
Pros: Read the headline! Exceptional food and service!
