My son has been taking lessons there for a few years. The owners have a policy that a lesson must be cancelled no sooner than 24 hours or you will be charged and not permitted to reschedule the lesson. They do not use an answering machine so if you do try to call ahead of time, you can't get them. I've been charged in the past. Today, I cancelled 2 upcoming lessons-I was 2 weeks in advance. When he asked me if I was rescheduling, I said no. He started screaming at me to get out of his store. He even grabbed my shoulder when I turned to the teacher to apologize for what was occurring, even though the owner was the insane one. In any event, they appear to be unstable and are argumentative with their customers. I can honestly say that I felt threatened today. DO NOT SPEND YOUR $ IN THIS STORE!!!!
