I have been going to this establishment for over 30 years. In recent years, I am disappointed time and time again by over-chewy, overcooked ribs, ofen mixed in with thoise correctly done. My sense is that thete is no manager on premises monitoring the cooking process.\r

If that situation was corrected, Hogly Wogly could return to being one of the best rib joints in the city.
