No problems the first time they came out, the guy was honest, nice, etc. However, they did not get rid of the fleas, which they told me happens about 40% of the time they spray. Today was supposed to be the re-treat. They scheduled to be at my house between 10-12. At 10:30, I called and made sure they were actually coming. I was told, yes the exterminator would be coming. 12:00 rolls around and I call again...to hear that the appointment apparently was never confirmed and that the exterminator was blowing me off. Absolute garbage. They then try to turn it around and say they tried calling this morning when they absolutely did not and that the appointment was never confirmed. Despite the fact I was told it was scheduled (apparently that word means nothing to them) and then told again on the day of that the exterminator would be by again. There is a total break down in the office and people I speak with on the phone are completely insincere.

We are sorry for the inconvience we've caused. You are correct, our office did give you conflicting information regarding our scheduled appointment for Friday July 9th. We did try scheduling your service for Monday or Tuesday, but understand that you weren't able to meet us until Wednesday July 14th. We hope the treatment yesterday has taken care of your pests and hope to do business with you in the future.
