I have 6 cars, and Advent Auto Repair does all my work. I wouldn't let them do car after car if I had any problems with them. They have treated me fairly since I started using them, which was about January or February of last year.
I was using someone else, but eventually I wound up at Advent Auto Repair. Because I have so many cars, and they are a little older models, they require touch ups. I just started with one car at Advent. Things went smoothly so I started a second car there. My old Jaguar wound up getting fixed-up pretty well there. When a company takes care of you, you will give them more business.
Auto repair shops have it hard, because who wants to spend money on car repairs? Advent Auto is pretty good; they don't force work. If I have another idea or suggestion about a repair they are willing to listen to me.
I have confidence in Advent. It is necessary for people to have confidence in their repair company. The perception is that repair shops will find everything wrong and fix it. I found Advent to be pretty good with that. If it is not a safety issue it is negotiable. Not everything is fixed right away, but things are brought to your attention.
Advent is a local operation run by Joe. They are fair, and want to make their customers happy. They get their point across. What more do you want except no charge? They are definitely good enough to vouch for.
