If you are looking for sushi in the San Jose area, Michi Sushi is the place to go. You can pretty much get just about anything you can imagine. While the menu is quite extensive, the sushi chefs have a wide menu that is not even listed, all you have to do is ask. I would highly recommend the rainbow roll and batman roll. They do not use imitation crab and their rolls are not overstuffed with ingredients. Michi Sushi is one of the last places left in the area which allows you to decorate your own sake wooden bowl in which you can store at the restaurant and use every time you visit (and believe me, you will visit more than once). Best sushi in San Jose, hand’s down.
